If you can’t make it to New Orleans to experience our Free DIY Self-Guided Cocktail Crawl guide, then we have a new twist on the Pimm’s Cup recipe to try at home. I usually have to order a Pimm’s to try each cocktail bar’s variation and I definitely have my favorites, but sometimes plans call for making one at home.
The Pimm’s Cup is a classic drink that originated in the 1800’s in Britain, but our recipe takes a few liberties with the ingredients to make a delicious spritzer variation. Of course, Pimm’s no. 1 is still the main ingredient, but instead of a fizzy (like sprite or club soda) and lemonade or lemon juice we use a crisp Prosecco and a little lemon juice or orange juice if you want it on the sweeter side.
