New Orleans International Airport (MSY) is our home airport and we love flying out of the beautiful new airport. We thought we’d review our favorite lounge to visit before a flight out of New Orleans, The Club MSY.

The Club MSY New Orleans Airport Lounge Review Table of Contents
If you need to research flight prices we love the Skyscanner flight tool to compare the best routes and prices.
1. How to find and enter Club MSY Lounge
After passing through the TSA security area and entering the flight-side area of MSY, turn right towards concourse A and walk past Cafe Du Monde until you reach Vino Volo (the elevator nook is just past Vino Volo). There is a small sign and elevator that will take you up to the lounge and it is just past Vino Volo on the right.
To enter the lounge you will need a Priority Pass membership or purchase a day pass. Many travel credit cards offer Priority Pass membership as a perk so check and see if you already have a membership through a credit card that will give entry. The Club MSY accepts the digital version of Priority Pass membership cards or the actual card.
If you are purchasing a day pass ($50.00/2 adults) you can make a reservation on The Club MSY website which will ensure you have a space. If the lounge reaches capacity Priority Pass members may have to wait until there is space.
You can gain entry up to 3 hours before a scheduled flight departure. The hours are 4:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. There is a check-in desk once you get off of the elevator to the lounge.
2. The Lounge Atmosphere and Decor
The Club Msy is nicely decorated with modern furnishings and has a bright and welcoming atmosphere. It boasts many options for comfortable seating including a few tables near the food and bar area as well as individual plush seating in the main area. There is also a “quiet room” with seating as well as many work station seats (with a printer) near the window, but we did not try them. The lounge has a great view outside for those who love the hustle and bustle of the plane loading and taxiing area.
3. Club MSY Food Options and Menus
Each seating area has a QR code and table number on the table next to the chair that you can scan with your phone to order table service of a nice variety of small bites including Crawfish Etouffee! The portions are small, but you can order several from the list. The food usually comes out within a few minutes. There is also a buffet area with a few self-serve snacks, a coffee/cappucino machine, and a self-serve fridge with soft drinks and some alcoholic drinks to grab. Everything that we have tried on the menu at Club MSY has been great especially the smoked ham slider!
4. Club MSY Lounge Cocktail Offerings and Menus
A bar menu is available when scanning the QR code at the table for complimentary cocktails although we have visited when it was not available and we had to order at the bar. It may depend on how many people are working and the time of day. Our favorite cocktail to get there is the Blood Orange Mimosa and judging from many other guests it is a favorite of others as well. The bartenders have always been friendly and make great craft cocktails when we go up to the bar to order the complimentary drinks. The selections are nice and service is usually quick.
Bottom Line on Club MSY Lounge Review at New Orleans International Airport
Although The Club MSY is not the largest lounge we’ve been to, it is one of our favorites and we always try to make time for a visit when flying out of New Orleans. It’s a nice way to relax and recharge before heading out to your next travel adventure! Have you been?
