Colorado Craft Breweries: 16 you Should Visit

Colorado is home to more craft breweries than any other state, so beer lovers have many choices regarding where to find their favorite brands. Colorado was also a pioneer in the craft beer movement long before it became popular nationally so the craft breweries have had awhile to perfect their brews.

From a geographic standpoint, Colorado is home to high mountains and vast expanses of flat land. This diversity lends itself well to brewing styles, as brewers can experiment with a wide range of ingredients and brewing techniques. Many of the craft breweries also take advantage of the state’s rich agricultural heritage by using local ingredients in their beers.

Whether you’re a beer lover or just curious about the hype, there’s a craft brewery in Colorado that will fit your needs.
